How to Make Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Brownie Delight
- Preheat oven 350F degrees.
Prepare Brownie Batter with Nutter Butter Cookies
- Prepare brownie batter and pour half into prepared 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper, sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Add ½ of the Nutter Butter cookie chunks to the top of the brownie batter, then layer the rest of the brownie batter on top and spread out, add remaining of nutter butter cookies on top.
Baking the Brownies
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until baked, without overbaking to keep brownies moist. However, follow the instructions on your recipe or box mix and check them a few minutes before the baking time is done to see how done they actually are.
Make the Peanut Butter Fluff
- Once the brownies are cooled. using mixer, whip whipping cream until it starts getting peaks. If using Cool whip, you can skip this step of whipping cream.
- Add peanut butter and powdered sugar into the whipped cream and mix until well combined and you have a fluffy mixture.
Add Peanut Butter Whipped Cream To Brownies
- Pour and spread the peanut butter fluff on top of of the brownies. Cover and put in fridge to make the chocolate drizzle.
Add Chocolate Drizzles & Reese’s Pieces Candies
- Melt chocolate chips and add as optional, you can add peanut butter/cream after melted and whisk together until thick and creamy. Add chocolate mixture to a pastry or snip hole in ziplock bag and fill with the chocolate and drizzle on top of fluff.

- Keep refrigerated until use.
Tips
- For a 9×9 pan, you can easily get 12 brownies, but I cut them larger for 9 servings.
- For more servings, if you want to do a 9×13 pan, make sure you use a brownie mix or recipe that bakes in a 9×13 pan and double the rest of the ingredients for the peanut butter fluff and chocolate drizzles on top.
- Make sure the brownies aren’t overbaked so you have moist, fudgy brownies and not dry, hard brownies.
- To cut the brownies, take them out of the pan with the parchment paper and lay them out on a cutting board or counter. Cut through the brownies and place on a serving tray for parties and guests!

It sounds like you’re not whipping it enough and are you using whipping cream and not something else, or is it lower in fat? Beat the whipping cream on low speed, it will start to get frothy, and then will begin to thicken (around the 2-3 minute mark). 3. Increase the speed to medium-high and beat for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the cream looks billowy and there are distinct trails left by the whisk in the whipped cream. Also, your cream could be breaking down either because you’re over beating it, or it’s getting too warm. If your bowl or beaters are warm, that will also cause the cream to break down. Ensure your bowl and beaters are soap-free, clean and cold before starting, is always a good thing, if it’s humid or hot, it could affect it. Do not add the powdered sugar or peanut butter until you’ve started to get peaks. You can also use Cool Whip if the whipping cream isn’t working for you. I hope something in these comments will help you out Sandra!
I’ve tried this 2 different times, I cannot get the “fluff” to be fluffy, it turns to liquid. Help
Haley 20 minutes I would think, like a frozen ice cream cake. 😀
How long would it take to thaw it from the freezer
Haley, I would say a few days in the fridge, so freezing it you could keep it longer for sure.
