Ingredients You Need for Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies
Snickers Cookie Recipe
- unsalted butter, softened
- granulated sugar
- brown sugar
- peanut butter, creamy or crunchyeggs
- milk of choice
- vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour
- baking soda
- salt
- Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, salted caramel chipsor semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used peanut butter and milk chocolate chips)
- chopped Snickers bars or mini Snickers
How to Make Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Using a mixer, mix the butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg and vanilla together until combined.
- Add in the flour mixture of flour, soda, and salt in and mix until just combined.
Fold In The Chocolate Treat Goodies & Bake
- Fold in chocolate chips and some of the Snicker bar bits.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or ungreased. (6 per sheet, these will be large, thick cookies!)
- Use your hand and slightly flatten each scoop of dough or make a criss-cross pattern on top of cookies with a fork.
- Cook for 12-16 minutes at 350.
- Remove cookies from oven and cool on baking sheet 2-3 minutes before placing on cooling rack, so they set up.
- While they are cooling on baking sheet, add some more Snicker candy bits on top of the cookies.
- Makes 18 Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies.

- Stuff these cookies with Snickers to get more Snicker action! Stuffing cookies with candy bars are easy. Just scoop out your dough and then add a candy bar piece in the middle and cover it and roll into a ball for each cookie. These are really popular for Thanksgiving, Christmas and 4th of July!
- Add more add-ins like peanut butter cups, m&m’s or Reese’s pieces.
- Make sure you let the cookies set on the baking sheet to set up before transferring them to a baking rack. If you don’t, they could fall apart.
- Measure flour correctly.
- For smaller cookies, you can cut this Snickers cookie recipe in half, for a small batch. Or, feel free to double the recipe if you want more.

Ultimate Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips or, peanut butter, salted caramel or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag 8 oz. Snickers Unwrapped Bites chopped into quarters or 3 - 4 large Snicker bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Using a mixer, mix the butter, sugars, and peanut butter together until combined well.
- Add egg, milk and vanilla together until combined.
- Add in the flour, soda, and salt in and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips of choice and some of the snicker bar bits, save some for the tops if you desire.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. (6 per sheet, these will be very large, thick cookies!)
