Make this A Sugar-Free Jello Cool Whip Pie 

Sugar-Free Jello Pie – Replace jello and whipped cream with sugar-free jello and sugar-free whipped topping with a reduced graham cracker pie crust!  I made this and had some leftover pie filling, so I put the rest in a my cool whip container and topped it with some sugar-free whipped topping and ate it when the pie was gone!

How to Make No Bake & Easy 3 Ingredient Jello Pie 

  1. Add the dry jello mixture to a large bowl. Pour in the boiling water and whisk together until the gelatin is dissolved, around 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the ice cold water and continue whisking until the mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Add the whipped topping and continue whisking until smooth. Chill the pie filling for 30 minutes.
  4. When the filling is set, spread it into the pie crust. 
  5. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping and fruit if desired to take it next level!

Substitutions or Additions

  • Use any cookie pie crust like oreo or shortbread if you want to switch up the graham cracker crust!  Also can use a reduced fat graham cracker crust
  • Use the small 3 oz box of any flavor Jello or brand of powdered gelatin you wish to make!  Choose from cherrylemon, strawberry, lime, raspberry, berry blue and orange jellos! Also sugar-free jello can be used as well as sugar-free whipped cream!
  • Make sure hot water is boiling or near boiling and cold water is ice cold for best results.  You can also add ice cubes to cold water to measure up to 1 cup to thicken the jello quicker.
  • I love jello and whipped cream together, so I’m all about adding whipped cream to my jello pie!  Also add fresh fruit to really amp up the decor and flavors of the pie!

  • 3 ounce orange or raspberry jello can also use strawberry & others
  • cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water or ice
  • 2 cups whipped topping like Cool Whip
