Each oatmeal packet is loaded with 10 grams of protein, yummy banana, nuts and oats and it’s usually what I have for breakfast during the week when I get to work.  So, I was brainstorming and trying to create some protein bars for my son as a quick snack and I came up with these Peanut Butter Banana Nut Oatmeal (No Bake) Protein Bars.

Speaking of brainstorming, it’s also a coincidence that ‘protein’ just happens to also be a vital brain food, so I’m like a genius or something!  🙂  *Wishful thinking!*

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bar Facts!

So, what I did was make a 9×9 pan of these Peanut Butter Banana Protein Squares and the whole pan ended up having 92 grams of protein. Depending on how you cut them, will depend on how many grams you have in each square or bar.  I liked them smaller, for easy popping, so for 25 little squares, and I got almost 4 grams of protein in each square.

Anyways, these are great for a little snack or treat for a healthy boost of energy and protein. The crunchy peanut butter and banana nut oatmeal taste really good with the honey and they are super simple to make.

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Nut Oatmeal {No Bake} Protein Squares

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 ½ Banana Nut Protein Oatmeal Packets

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x9 pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Melt the peanut butter and honey together until smooth, either in the microwave or stove top. Combine peanut butter/honey mixture with banana protein oats and press into the prepared pan.
  • Place in refrigerator until set. Cut into squares or bars.

  1. Quaker Oat Banana Nut Oatmeal Protein comes in a box with 6 packets. You should be able to find them at Walmart in the cereal oatmeal aisle Chris. 🙂 Does that help?

  2. Hi William, Walmart is where I got them in the cereal aisle with the Quaker Oat products. There are 6 packets to a box. Quaker Oats has 2 flavors: Banana Nut and Cranberry Nut Oatmeal. 🙂
