Hey! We’re Baking Up Batches Of New Cookie Recipes With Bosch Mixers! When Bosch Mixers asked me to share my favorite cookie recipe I thought “How could I pick just one!” But nevertheless, my classic chocolate chip cookie recipe is a go-to favorite for myself and my family. How could I not share this perfect creation with the bakers at Bosch?
Kim – Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
“These perfect cookies are buttery, chewy, thick and chocked full of rich, semi-sweet chocolate chips. Perfectly soft on the inside, golden and a little bit crispy just on the outer edge. They are a chocolate chip cookie lover’s dream!”
I told Bosch that I seriously bake this recipe at least once a week. It’s just such a favorite! They are perfect for every occasion and make wonderful gifts or additions to events and bake sales.
“Even rookie bakers love this recipe. They’ve been pinned on Pinterest over two million times!” If you’re interested in trying out new cookie recipes this weekend, see what else was shared in this Bosch interview and reading the entire interview here.
Nellie – Butter With a Side of Bread
“Before I had tried this recipe, I didn’t think I liked peanut butter cookies because all of the other recipes I had tried were a little bit dry and usually too crisp. These cookies are soft and moist and the addition of chocolate chips is just amazing paired with the peanut butter flavor.”

Becky – Baking The Goods
“Chocolate Chippers are always a fan fave but this Salted Peanut Butter version is a whole other level of comfort and delight. With soft and squishy centers paired with layers of flavor, they’ve got all the right moves.”

“Lemon Butter Cookies also freeze well for three months, if carefully wrapped, but who wants to wait 3 months- just eat them now and make more later!”

I don’t blame you at all Laura! xoxo Thank you dear!
I hate picking! I’m not good at picking when they are all staring at me in the face. But those do look amazing Ben! Thank you Ben!
Unfortunately, I don’t bake cookies as often as I would like (except probably December), but your collection is impressive! I want to try all of them at once. And although I don’t like being limited, if I needed to pick one or two, I’d go with those Salted peanut butter and Caramel apple cookies. Sound so scrumptious!
These cookies sound heaavenly! The salted peanut butter ones have my name all over them! Yum! Thanks for the recipe(s)!
This was the wrong post for me to read before breakfast :). Now I’m going to want cookies instead of yogurt! Your chocolate chip cookies look so perfect–those melting chocolate chips are killing me! (In the best way possible.)
Your chocolate chip cookies look even better than the ones I group with as a kid, so delicious!! But they ALL look amazing!! 😀
