Recipe adapted from Cafe Delites
I love the swap of sweet potato and almond butter! Honored this recipe is going in the box, that is huge! 🙂 Thank you Stephanie for making my day!
I made a mistake and only made one batch, with the tweak of using puréed sweet potato instead of applesauce and a tbsp of almond butter and a tsp of almond milk to loosen the batter up a bit these cookies are amazingly healthy and just plain amazing! Thank you for the recipe, it’s going in the box!
The dough is thick yes, but haven’t tried it with the egg replacer. You may have to add a tablespoon or two of milk to the batter if it is too thick. I’ve tried it with applesauce it it worked fine.
Hi there, I used an egg replacer for the “egg” and vegetable oil. As well as the 1/2 cup of melted but cooled butter. Mine came out extremely dry. Is that normal? What is the consistency of the batter supposed to be like?
So glad to hear you approved Bella! Thank you so much and I hope you love the chocolate banana bread! Super yum! xo
Soooo yummy chocolate goodness! A little drier than I’d like (prob for using red mill’s one to one baking flour) but following everything else made it super easy and quick to make! I’m gonna try the chocolate banana bread next!
Awww! Thank you so much for your kind words Ann, you are so sweet! The kiddos will definitely love these! Hope you are having a great Thanksgiving weekend! xo
WOW! I just wanna sink my teeth into these fudgy brownie cookies! They look incredible and could brighten ANY day! I believe every bite tastes like heaven. I’m definitely saving the recipe for later. I’ll probably give it a try next weekend. I’m really in the mood for something like these. I know my kiddos would go nuts over these, too.

These definitely don’t last long, and I hear you about wanting the entire batch yourself. Thank you so much Valentina! xo
Okay, everyone in my family has their names all over these! And this is a problem because I want the entire batch to myself. Seriously, such decadence. Love! 🙂 ~Valentina
