Instructions How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars
Graham Cracker Crumbs

Chocolate Ganache
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Assemble the Peanut Butter Chocolate Layers
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon some of the chocolate ganache over the graham cracker crust, leaving most of it for the top.
- Spoon the peanut butter cheesecake mixture over the top of the chocolate, don’t spread it, but just kind of flatten down the tops of the scoops so when you add the chocolate ganache on top the peanut butter scoops, the chocolate will cover the peanut butter cheesecake.
- Add the remaining chocolate ganache over the top and smooth out the top!
- Add peanut butter and chocolate chips on top if desired.
