- 1/4 cup sugar or brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 9 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
No Bake Cheesecake
- 24 ounces (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- Store bought jar of salted caramel sauce or make this homemade caramel sauce
- Sea salt
- optional: whipped cream swirls (1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and whip with electric mixer until you get whipped cream, stiff peaks for 3-5 minutes. Place mixture in a piping bag with a large star tip and pipe some swirls!)
