- 1 1/2 cups or 12 oz. any color of chocolate melts, chocolate chips or chocolate bar (use any leftover chocolate for drizzles, if desired). I like using the Wilton chocolate melts for these.
- 8 Peeps
- Sprinkles

- Microwave chocolate for 2 to 3 minutes, stopping to stir after every minute until the chocolate is smooth.
- Place a graham cracker into the melted chocolate, turn it over with a spoon to cover all sides, then lift it out with a fork and shake off the excess chocolate place it on wax paper or parchment paper lined baking trays.
- Add the Bunny Peep to the top, followed with sprinkles. Do these one at a time, because the chocolate will be setting up.
- Let the graham crackers sit until the chocolate is completely set, or put them into the refrigerator to speed up the process.

- If the chocolate is too thick for dipping the graham crackers, add a 1/2 teaspoon or 2 of coconut, vegetable or canola oil to thin it out.
- To prevent the chocolate from seizing, make sure water does not come into contact with the chocolate and that you do not burn the chocolate while melting it.
- Timing is essential. When dipping the graham crackers into the chocolate, once you’ve placed them on the parchment lined baking pans, they will set up pretty quickly. So work quickly when adding peeps and sprinkles, so they adhere to the chocolate when making this chocolate graham cracker recipe!
