Ingredients You Need for Berry No-Bake Cheesecake Delight Dessert Recipe
Golden Oreo Crust
- 25 Golden Oreo cookies (Could also make this The Ultimate Graham Cracker Crust using graham cracker crumbs)
- 5 tablespoons, unsalted butter, melted
Berry Cheesecake Filling
- full-fat cream cheese, softened (could also use fat-free cream cheese or reduced calorie)
- powdered sugar
- whipped cream, like Cool Whip or Dream Whip, or you can make it fresh with heavy whipping cream
- sliced fresh strawberries
- fresh blueberries
Preparing the Golden Oreo Cookie Base
- Place 25 oreo cookies in the food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, combine oreo crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 pan. Chill in the fridge until ready to fill.
Making the Berry Cheesecake Filling
- Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until well mixed.
- Stir in the 3 cups (8 oz) of whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in 1 ¼ cups of the sliced strawberries and 1 ¼ cups of the blueberries.
