Instructions How to Make Our Easy Coconut Fudge

  1. Line an 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk together in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 3 – 30 second increments, stirring the chocolate each time. Stir to combine and heat another 15-30 seconds if needed.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and stir the melted chocolate until smooth. Mix in the toasted and sweetened coconut flakes into the chocolate mixture. Pour into your prepared pan. Spread fudge evenly with a spatula. Top with remaining toasted and sweetened coconut flakes.
  4. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve. When ready to slice the fudge, let the fudge sit for about 5-10 minutes before cutting, as the fudge will be hard to cut through. Use a sharp knife cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

If You Don’t Have Toasted Coconut, Here’s How to Make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coconut out on the baking pan so it browns evenly.
  2. Bake for anywhere from 5 -7 minutes, stirring half-way through until the coconut is toasted and lightly browned.
  3. Let the coconut cool completely before adding to the fudge.

  • Want a white chocolate variation?  Just substitute the chocolate chips with white chocolate chips.
  • Add your favorite nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans or pistachios for a nutty texture.
