- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping

How to Make Oreo Pie
Oreo Crust
- Crush Oreos in food processor or place them in a zip-loc bag and crush with a rolling pin. Mix together the crushed Oreos with the melted butter and then press in to a 9-inch pie plate up the sides and the bottom of the pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup helps to compact the crust easier.
- Place crust in the fridge for 30 minutes to set as you make the filling or bake for 10 minutes until set for a slightly toasted taste and crunchier set of the baked crust. Let cool before adding in filling.
Oreo Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy and soft.
- Fold in the whipped topping, followed by the coarsely chopped Oreos.
- Spoon the filling into the pie crust then smooth the top.
Optional Garnishes
- Garnish if desired by adding more whipped topping and Oreos on top.
- Place in the fridge to chill for at least an hour before serving.
Substitutions & Variations
- As far as Oreos — feel free to use regular, thin or double-stuffed Oreos for this recipe! Any flavor of Oreos you want to use can also steal the show to make it even more spectacular!
- Pie Crust: If you want to save yourself time, you can also purchase a pre-made Oreo pie crust from the grocery store instead of making a homemade Oreo crust. You can also make this The Ultimate Graham Cracker Crust – 3 Ingredients!
- Whipped Topping: If you don’t have whipped topping (like Cool Whip), feel free to make your own! 1 cup of heavy whipping cream + 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar will make 2 cups of fresh whipped cream. Just use the wire whisk attachment to your standing mixer, or a hand-held mixer, and beat the ingredients together, starting on low speed and increasing to high slowly as it begins to firm up. Beat heavy cream mixture for 60-90 seconds until stiff peaks form. Stopping once halfway through to scrape down the sides of the bowl. There you have it!
Pro Tips For Easy Oreo Pie Recipe
- Make sure your cream cheese is room temperature to avoid lumps in your cream cheese filling.
- Softening cream cheese in the microwave is the fastest method if you are in a hurry. You really have to watch it so you don’t accidentally cook your cream cheese! So, unwrap your brick of cream cheese, uplace it on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave it on high in increments of 10-15 seconds until it’s reached the desired softness.
- When transferring the Oreo mixture to your pie plate, use the bottom of a measuring cup or a glass to press the crust crumbs into the pie pan to get a nice compact layer.
- Use your favorite piping tip for decorating the top of the Oreo pie with whipped cream.
- For perfect clean slices, run your knife until hot water between cuts.
