Ingredients You Need
- White chocolate chips: Using premier quality white chocolate chips will bring out the best white chocolate flavor in fudge. Real white chocolate has a sweet, buttery flavor with hints of vanilla and fresh milk. The texture is smooth and melty even when the confection remains solid. Ghirardelli Classic White Chips really master the perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess and taste that we all want from white chocolate chips.
- Sweetened condensed milk: A great fudge-making shortcut to make life easier! This ingredient not only replaces the sugar, butter, and milk in traditional fudge recipes, but there’s no messing around with candy thermometers. It greatly simplifies the candy-making process.
- Butter: Adds a luscious richness. You don’t need much butter in this recipe, so don’t omit it!
- Freeze-dried strawberries: Freeze-drying preserves all of the features of the strawberry, from its nutrition to its color. But, there’s an added element the process gives to the berry: intensity of flavor. freeze-drying removes the water but keeps the fruit flavor, leaving behind a berry with concentrated sweetness. Crush it up into bits or you can use freeze-dried strawberry powder as another alternative.
How to Make White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge

- Once mixture has melted, add ½ of the crushed up freeze-dried raspberries and fold to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Add the remainder of the freeze-dried raspberries and swirl into the fudge.
- Transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until completely set.
- Remove the fudge from the pan. Slice into cubes by using a sharp knife warmed under hot water for clean slices. Serve and enjoy!
How to Store Strawberry White Chocolate Fudge?
- Room Temperature – Fudge is best stored at room temperature in an airtight container. At room temperature fudge will remain freshest the first 4 weeks, but can last 6-8!
- Fridge – You can store the fudge in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. Make sure it’s in an airtight container, so it doesn’t dry out.
- Freezer – Store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Fudge will defrost completely in just a few hours. It can be left out on a plate or in an uncovered container, or even with the cover on. Remember, Fudge can be eaten straight out of the freezer as well! So how much it defrosts is really personal preference.
