3 Ingredients You Need to Make Fluffy Raspberry Mousse
- heavy whipping cream
- raspberry preserves or jam or sugar-free raspberry jam
- powdered sugar of choice – powdered sugar or sugar-free sweetener or sugar/powdered sugar I used Lakanto Monkfruit Sugar Sweetener for Keto Fluffy Raspberry Mousse
How to Make Raspberry Mousse Fluffy and Delish!
- Using mixer and large bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream and sweetener on medium-low speed until it thickens up.
- Add raspberry preserves/jam and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Divide between 4 serving glasses and decorate with some fresh raspberries
If you love raspberries and chocolate together, I urge you to melt some chocolate and drizzle it right on top! Add add some shaved chocolate to give it a decadent touch!
Storing Raspberry Mousse
- Chill in the refrigerator for just a few minutes after preparing or serve immediately. This will keep your mousse from having that ‘deflated’ texture.
- When properly stored, it can last for 5 to 6 days in the fridge.
Use Fluffy Mousse Other Ways!
This Keto Fluffy Raspberry Mousse would also be amazing in a no bake pie, layered desserts and of course, right on your spoon into your mouth! My fave! YUM!
How to Make Mousse Look Pretty When Serving
To make this extra special, use a large piping bag with any star tip you have and fill it up with mousse. Make it look pretty by adding your own special swirling touches. Add some luscious berries on top to brighten it up! The mousse with the red, luscious raspberries is so lovely!

If you puree the berries, I think you could? It isn’t as thick as preserves, so you may have to use some extra sugar.
Could you make this with fresh or frozen fruit instead of jam/preserves?
