These M&M Marshmallow Bars Are So Easy To Make! 

  • These gooey marshmallow bars come together super quick just by microwaving the chocolate, peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips and then by adding in the marshmallows and tossing them around until they are coated. Basically, just add the mixture to your prepared pan and top with the pastel M&M’s and let the chocolate firm up before cutting and serving!

Gather Your Ingredients

  • 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch or peanut butter chips
  • Optional: 1/4 cup peanut butter If you want extra peanut butter flavor!
  • 3-4 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup M&Ms, we used pastel colored for the Easter Holiday

Instructions How to Make Chocolate Marshmallow Pastel M&M Bars

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil. Lightly spray with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Combine all the chocolate chips and optional-peanut butter in a large microwave safe container.
  3. Microwave on high heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chips are fully melted and the mixture in smooth.
  4. Stir in marshmallows and stir until fully coated.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle M&Ms on top and press down slightly.
  7. Refrigerate until set, 1-2 hours.
  8. Cut into bars.
  9. Store leftovers in an airtight container in cool place or fridge.

  • Freeze: M&M Marshmallow Bars are good frozen for up to about 3 months, and they are delicious straight out of the freezer. In order to keep them from sticking together, layer them between some parchment paper or wax paper so that they don’t stick.
