What is Nutella?

For those who don’t know what Nutella is, first I have to ask…and don’t take offense, but have you been living under a rock?  🙂  That would include my mother and my sons.

Nutella is a creamy hazelnut spread with cocoa and it’s popularly used for breakfast, brunch and dessert recipes.  You can easily transform your favorite recipes into something extraordinary by adding Nutella to your baking. Yum!

So, if you haven’t tried it, you really need to just try it, consuming random spoon-fuls when you are craving hazelnut and chocolate flavor!  It’s awesome with fresh strawberries, or add it to your pancakes, waffles or toast.

These monster cookies are moist, flavorful and with the combo of Nutella and peanut butter flavor, these cookies are amazing.

  • If you want a soft and chewy cookie, underbake your cookies a bit.
  • If you want crisper, you can continue baking for an additional 1 or 2 minutes.  These are sooooo good dunked in milk!
  • Mix up those goodies and add nuts or raisins as a nice compliment. Make these your own style!
  • Also, make sure if you have any left that you seal them up tightly, so they stay fresh!
