These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars Have 3 Divine Layers of Yumminess
This dreamy and decadent treat is sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. Not only are they simple to make, but they are also packed with all the goodness of rich chocolate, smooth caramel, and crunchy nuts.
With only a handful of ingredients, you can whip up this sumptuous sweet for your next get-together.
- The bottom layer consists of chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter and crunchy cocoa krispies.
- The middle layer of peanut butter marshmallow nougat loaded with salted chopped nuts and chopped caramel (I used Rolo’s).
- Then the finishing top layer is made of of the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter and crunchy cocoa krispies again!
These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars are kind of like a rice krispie sandwich bar! So get ready to buckle up for an unforgettable journey to the world of this delectable no-bake dessert!
Ingredients You’ll Need
Crunchy Chocolate Layers: (Makes 2 of the layers so, ingredients need divided in half before you start)
Peanut Marshmallow Nutty Caramel Nougat Layer
- unsalted butter
- granulated sugar
- heavy cream
- marshmallow cream
- creamy peanut butter
- salted roasted peanuts, chopped or whole
- soft caramels chopped, I used Rolos
How to Make No Bake Chocolate Caramel Nutty Crunch Bars
Crunchy Chocolate Bottom Layer
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Combine half of the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter and microwave in microwavable bowl on high heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chips are fully melted and the mixture in smooth.
- Stir in Cocoa Krispies until fully coated then pour into prepared baking dish and spread using a spatula or spoon.
- Refrigerate about 15 minutes until firm.
Peanut Marshmallow Nutty Caramel Nougat Layer
- In a small saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring until butter is completely melted and the sugar is dissolved, then bring to a boil and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula, then remove from heat.
- Stir in marshmallow creme until completely combined, then add in peanut butter, stirring until combined and follow with peanuts and mix.
- Pour and spread the nougat layer over the chilled chocolate bottom layer. Sprinkle the chopped Rolos on top of the nougat and refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
Crunchy Chocolate Top Layer
- Repeat instructions like you did for the bottom layer for the top layer.
- Combine half of the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter and microwave in microwavable bowl on high heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chips are fully melted and the mixture in smooth.
- Stir in Cocoa Krispies until fully coated then pour into prepared baking dish and spread using a spatula or spoon.
- Refrigerate about 15 minutes until firm before cutting.
- This recipe makes 18 large bars or you can make these smaller bars, depending how you want to serve them.
Storing Bars
- Place bars in ziplock or airtight container to keep them fresh for 3-4 days.
- Serve the straight from the fridge or serve at room temperature, but beyond that, in high hot temps they will melt, like chocolate does. If you do store them in the fridge, let them come to room temperature before serving for best results.

Ingredients

- 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 11 oz package butterscotch chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups Kellogg’s Cocoa Krispies
Peanut Marshmallow Nutty Caramel Nougat Layer
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 7 oz marshmallow cream
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1½ cups salted roasted peanuts chopped or whole
- 2 cups soft caramels chopped, I used Rolos
