No Bake Nutella Cheesecakes with Fresh Fruit Whipped Cream

Because I could…you know I could. The proof is in these rich chocolate Nutella mousse cheesecakes with Oreo crumbles.

Oh!…and just when you thought it couldn’t get any more posh, fresh whipped cream (I mean the real stuff) infused with pureed fresh fruit and fruit slices take it completely over the top, into the next stratosphere. It’s completely sinful!

Ingredients You Need

Oreo Crumblies

Nutella Cheesecake

Fresh Banana or Strawberry Whipped Cream

How to Make Nutella Cheesecake Mousse Recipe

Oreo Crumblies

  1. Stir together the Oreo crumbs and melted butter and divide mixture between 4-6 mini trifle bowls or jars.

Nutella Cheesecake

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl, until smooth.
  2. Add the Nutella and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  3. In another large bowl, whip the whipping cream until medium to stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until well blended.
  5. Spoon the filling, dividing evenly into individual bowls on top of the Oreo crumbles.
  6. Slice 4-6 strawberries or 1 banana and place on top of Nutella Cheesecake forming a circle, fruit can overlap.
  7. Put bowls in fridge.

Fresh Banana or Strawberry Whipped Cream

  1. In another bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Using a blender, puree the remaining strawberries or banana, then fold into whipped cream.
  3. Pipe or spoon the fruit infused whipped cream onto the Nutella cheesecakes and add a slice of fruit on top of the whipped cream.
  4. Cover and put back in fridge for 2 hours at least.
