Instructions How to Make Layered Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

- Place crust in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Add sliced Strawberry Layer
- Take 1 ½ cups of sliced up strawberries, and pat dry with a paper towel, then layer on top of graham cracker crust. Reserve the remaining 1 cup of strawberries and chop them up, finely, pat dry with a paper towel.
Make Whipped Cream (to also add in strawberry mousse/cream cheese filling & top)
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the whipping cream and ½ cup of powdered sugar for 4-6 minutes to get whipped cream and transfer to another bowl to make the cream cheese filling, set aside/fridge. Should make 6 cups.
Make a Cream Cheese Filling (to also add in mousse)

- Fridge: Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Freeze: Cover the strawberry lasagna with two plastic wrap layers or foil and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the fridge the night before serving.
Substitutions & Shortcuts
- For this fluffy strawberry dessert, you can always substitute the strawberries for blueberries, raspberries or maybe peaches! It’s all good!
- I used heavy whipping cream because I LOVE the taste of fresh homemade whipped cream, but if you want a shortcut, you can always use Cool Whip or something similar. You’ll need a total of 6 cups or 24 ounces for this icebox cake.
- Add pink or red food coloring to your strawberry mousse filling for more vibrant color if desire.
- Love chocolate and strawberries, add some fudge topping in the layer or add some chocolate chips or chocolate chunks on top!
- Switch out the graham crackers with golden oreos or oreos if you’re not into the graham cracker layer!
