Holy. Guacamole. Just made these for my SO to take to work tomorrow. They’re the tastiest brownies I’ve ever made. And that frosting? DANGEROUS. thank you!!
Nancy, I’m so glad you enjoyed them! Great idea for the frosting. I’m with you, I like about 1/2 but I like it the way you did it, making another batch. YES! Thank you so much!!
I made these and took them to camp. Everyone loved them. I only used 1/2 the frosting and felt it was enough. Saved other half and used it on a second batch a few days later. Bonus for us. Thanks for this amazing recipe.
You are very welcome Laurie! I am so happy you were pleased the way they turned out! These brownies are the bomb for sure! xox
I’m so glad you loved them Laurie! 🙂 Thank you so much for your kind words! Have a great day!
Thank you for this brownie recipe!!! – I have been searching for a good one for a while now – and this is IT! Loved the soft moist fudginess! Had to revise it due to not having the right ingredients – used a couple scoops of peanut butter for the 2/3 cup of sugar (I never put the full amount of sugar in any recipe); ran out of cocoa so used nutella in place of it for the icing mix. Turned out well! I was rather dubious while I was mixing the brownie part – it put me in mind of mixing cement… I was completely bowled over at how great these turned out!!!!
FIVE outta FIVE STARS!!!
Thank you Deepika! Brownies are the best chocolate dessert for sure! hehe 🙂
