- optional: Add a squeeze of lemon juice for some extra ‘fresh’ love!
No cream cheese, no eggs, and no oven is needed for this easy no bake pudding and yogurt mixture! All you need is cheesecake pudding mix and Greek yogurt!
Instructions How To Make The Cheesecake Pudding Yogurt
- Get your bowl ready! All I did was take one spoonful of Jello instant cheesecake pudding mix and stirred it up into my Greek yogurt to get a super easy healthy cheesecake pudding. Add your favorite fresh fruits or granola and enjoy!
Other Pudding Options
- You can also use sugar free pudding mix for a sugar free option! Any flavor of instant pudding mixes will work with the yogurt as well if you want to switch out the cheesecake for a yummy flavored yogurt. Pistachio, chocolate, lemon, butterscotch, banana cream & more, why not?
Additional Toppings
Of course, I added some raspberries on top to make it extra special! But feel free to add some slices of banana, blackberries, fresh strawberries, pineapple, blueberries or any kind of berries, chocolate chips or granola on top to make it different variations everyday!
You can even add some flaxseeds or chia seeds or any nuts, like walnuts, pepitas or almonds for a crunchy texture, plus add some fiber and protein as well!
While I was eating it, licking every little bit off the spoon, I thought, hey I could have even added in some graham cracker crumbs on the bottom or sprinkled it on top for some added texture like cheesecake has with graham crackers included!
Not needed, but next time I think I will try it when I make this pudding mix with Greek yogurt for a dessert elevation! 🙂

I’m really into the Greek yogurt right now, whether it’s in baking or fresh out of the tub. I would not recommend using plain Greek yogurt for this cheesecake recipe , because it’s not sweet like the vanilla Greek yogurt, but you can use a vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt.
If you love using Greek yogurt in recipes, you can absolutely switch up your baking by using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It’s perfect for this healthy cheesecake pudding.

I have no idea why I bought Jell-O SF Cheesecake Pudding (thought it was a cake mix for one of those Pop & Cake WW desserts. But, I’m sure glad I and really I found your recipe. It’s delicious.
I cut up Strawberries for the plate and sprinkled 1 Tbl of Bear Naked Granola dregs from the bottom of the bag. I’m not much of a dessert eater, but every once in a while….
Anyhow, thank for a perfect 2 ingredient recipe with optional additions. I’d post a photo but don’t know how to do it here.
I do with two cups of yogurt and add whole box of pudding. Then add 8oz of sugar feee cool whip. Makes 4 small bowls. It makes a yummy pudding/mousse. I’ve used all flavors! White cheesecake, chocolate, butterscotch, and banana pudding! Perfect for dessert!
