Ingredients You Need

Oreo Crust

  • 32 Oreo Cookies crushed into crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

How to Make Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Oreo Tart

Oreo Crust

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter together and press cookie crumb mixture with the back of the spoon into the bottom and edges of a rectangular 5×14 inch (12 x 36 cm) tart pan.
  2. Freeze until you prepare the filling for a few miniutes.
  3. In a small saucepan, place cream over medium-low heat for a few minutes to get hot. No boiling or simmering needed.

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fillings

  1. Remove from heat and divide in half into two separate containers.
  2. Add peanut butter chips to one container of hot heavy cream and the chocolate chips to the other container of hot heavy cream. Let rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour peanut butter filling over Oreo crust and place in freezer until firm about 10-15 minutes.
  4. After firmed up, pour chocolate filling on top of peanut butter filling.
  5. Top with Reese’s peanut butter cups and nuts.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

  1. I love this recipe but do not have either type of these pans!!! I want to make this for a fundraiser tomorrow but wondered if the pan can be substituted. Please help! 🙂

  2. I would think you would be able to do that Paula. Either one should work, you just won’t be able to pop it out of the pan like you do a tart pan. 🙂

  3. I know it’s been awhile since this was posted, but this looks absolutely divine and I finally have all the ingredients to make it. I have one question though about the tart pan to make it in. I only have a 9in round one, not a rectangle one. Does it have to be done in a tart pan? And if so, will a round one work?
