Sneh, because it has ice and frozen bananas in it, I am not sure? It won’t be like after just blending it up so it’s like a frosty. 🙁
I have just about begun my journey to detoxing, eating, living clean. I plan to make this yummy shake and take it to work in my sweet little mason jar glass that I carry my green tea in otherwise. But if i make this in the morning and consume it some 2-3 hours later as my mid morning or afternoon snack, would it still be as healthy and nutritious? (considering that you mentioned – consume immediately..)
Thanks for the recipe though..I am eager to try this out.
Mir, It really is, but it’s all natural and no sugar, which is great for me, especially since I’m addicted to chocolate, so just another alternative! 🙂 Thanks so much for posting!
Looks like a great and healthy alternative to a Frosty!
