How to Make S’mores Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray, set aside.

Make the Cookie Dough

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add egg, salt, baking soda, vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Add the flour and mix just until flour is incorporated.

Start Layering the S’mores Pie

  1. Press 1/2 of the cookie dough into the bottom of the pie plate.
  2. Spread the marshmallow fluff over the cookie dough.
  3. Sprinkle the fluff with chocolate chips, candy bar and the graham cracker bits.

  1. Next, (not pictured) using a small scoop or spoon, and scoop the remaining cookie dough on top of the cookie pie. (You won’t be able to cover the top entirely, so it’s okay for some of the marshmallows and the chocolate chips to peek through.)
  2. Add more candy bar or graham cracker goodies on top, if you desire.

Bake, Serve & Store S’more Cookie Pie

  1. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cookie is golden brown.
  2. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into for slices nice looking slices.  But, hey, we can’t blame you if you want to dig in earlier than that!  Just hand out some big spoons and dig in!
  3. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sprinkle this pie with some sea salt. You can even drizzle on some hot fudge or caramel sauce to make it extra divine!  Best served the same day, but leftovers can be stored for 2-3 days later for yummy snacking!  Microwave to get the gooey!
