Ingredients You Need

Confectioner’s sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, milk and some vanilla. Add a little salt to really bring out the sweet and salty! YUM! It can be made in 5-10 minutes and it’s easy to prepare!

- optional ¼ teaspoon salt or sea salt on top!
How to Make Easy Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in brown sugar and milk and bring to a slow boil.
- Continue stirring frequently for 2 minutes, while mixture is boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- In a large bowl, add the confectioners’ sugar, and salt and pour the peanut butter mixture on top of the confectioner’s sugar.
- Using a mixer or by hand, beat until smooth and pour into an 8×8 inch baking dish. You can line the prepared pan with parchment paper for easy removal if desired.
- Chill until firm and cut into squares. Let it warm up to room temperature before eating. Enjoy one of the easiest and best peanut butter fudge recipes!
Storing Fudge
- Store peanut butter fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for one week.
- If you want to save it for later, freeze the fudge for up to two months. To thaw it, put it in the fridge for two to four hours.

Notes
There are a number of reasons why the fudge was grainy. It might be that you haven’t dissolved all the sugar before boiling the fudge mixture. It could be that there just wasn’t enough fluid or fat to enable the sugar to dissolve or it might even be that the fudge wasn’t beaten long enough or hard enough. That is funny that they won’t eat peanut butter, but will eat the fudge and the pie. Not that I can blame them, this fudge looks amazing. I’m not sure I can make it though, I am afraid I will eat WAY too much!
