Homemade Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars are the ultimate treat for the holidays! We jazzed up these blondies with dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. We topped it with a creamy white chocolate cream cheese frosting flecked with orange zest, more white chocolate and a sprinkle of more dried cranberries!

What is a Cranberry Bliss Bar?
It’s hard to resist the charm of these bars, especially when they are known as one of Starbucks signature bars. These bliss bars are blondies with dried cranberries, finished with a layer of cream-cheese icing flecked with orange zest and a sprinkle of dried cranberries. Definitely holiday-worthy!

These bars might sound a little intimidating to make, but I’m here to tell you they are super easy to make! That’s what we love!
Ingredients You Need
Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
- all-purpose flour
- baking powder
- salt
- ground cinnamon
- unsalted butter
- brown sugar
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- dried cranberries
- white chocolate chips
White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
- cream cheese, softened
- white chocolate chips, melted and divided in half for frosting and topping
- grated orange zest
- powdered sugar
Frosting and Toppings
- white chocolate
- dried cranberries
- Optional: pistachios, rough chop
How to Make the Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper, for easy removal. Spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl and set aside.

In a large bowl whisk together the butter and sugar and let it cool to room temperature.
- Using a mixer, beat in the eggs and vanilla.

Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix together until just combined, with no flour streaks.

Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Spread the thick blondie batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean taking care to not over-bake.

Cool completely on a wire rack, about 2 hours.
How to Make the White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 of the melted white chocolate, orange zest, and powdered sugar until blended.
Frosting and Toppings for Copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
- Frost blondies and sprinkle with cranberries. Drizzle with remaining melted white chocolate on top and let set.
- For a jolly touch, toss some pistachio nuts for the green, red and white Christmas colors! So pretty and tasty too!
How to Store Copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
- Remove blondies from pan and cut bars as desired. Store in the fridge, tightly sealed until ready to serve, for up to 5 days.

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips melted and divided in half for frosting and topping

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Blondies with white chocolate and cranberries are one of my favourite type of blondies (As well as cranberries and white chocolate being one of my favourite holiday flavours). I definitely love the cream cheese frosting, too. This gives me a holiday vibe indeed!
