Ingredients to Make the Perfect Reese’s Marshmallow Chocolate Cookie Pizza
You’ll need a 9 inch or 10 inch pie pan or springform pan to get this party started!
- unsalted butter, room temperature or cool
- granulated sugar
- brown sugar
- egg
- all purpose flour
- baking soda
- salt
- milk chocolate chips, can add more if desired, plus add more for tops (can also use semi-sweet chocolate chips or white chocolate chips)
- 100% cocoa powder or hot cocoa mix or a mixture of either can also be used
- Optional: mini dehydrated marshmallow bits, like for hot cocoa
Toppings for Dessert Pizza
- 1 tub of chocolate frosting or Nutella spread, I used Pillsbury Chocolate Sugar free Frosting
- Reese’s Pieces Candies, Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, mini marshmallows
- creamy peanut butter, melted for drizzle
How to Make an Irresistibly Delicious Reese’s Marshmallow Chocolate Cookie Pizza
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 or 10 inch pie pan or springform pan (depending how thick or thin you want your cookie pizza) with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. Set aside.
- With mixer, cream butter and sugars together until smooth. Add in egg and mix together well.
- Gradually add flour/cocoa mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and the mini marshmallows.
- Press cookie dough into pan and flatten with your hands or the back of a spoon until evenly spread.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the top is not wet and set.
- Remove from oven and let the cookie pizza cool.
- Once pizza is cooled, top with Nutella or your favorite chocolate frosting. Pop either in the microwave for about 15 seconds so it’s easy to spread.
- Add Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s peanut butter cups and mini marshmallows on top.
- Melt peanut butter in microwave for 15 seconds and drizzle over the top. You can use a spoon to drizzle or place peanut butter in a pastry bag or ziploc bag and snip a hole to pipe onto the pizza easily.
- Let the peanut butter drizzle set and then cut into pizza slices and serve!
