Gather Your Ingredients
White Chocolate Truffles Recipe
- white chocolate chips, can also use white chocolate bar (Ghirardelli’s or Lindt Chocolate are good options)
- heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk or condensed coconut milk can be used
- vanilla extract
White Chocolate Coating
- white chocolate chips, can also use white chocolate bar (Ghirardelli’s or Lindt Chocolate are good options)
How to Make White Chocolate Truffles
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave in 30 second increments, mixing at each interval until chocolate is melted.
- Add the vanilla and cream/sweetened condensed milk and mix together to get a thick candy dough.
- Using a small tablespoon cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and place in an airtight container in a single layer. You can roll them into nicer looking candy truffle balls once them firm up in the fridge for 2-3 hours or you can place the bowl of candy dough covered tightly in an airtight container and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until mixture is firm enough to handle, then scoop the truffle balls. I like to do the first method better, but either way works.
White Chocolate Coating
- Once the balls are firmed up, in a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave in 30 second increments, mixing at each interval until chocolate is melted.
- Dip each truffle ball separately in melted white chocolate and place on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper to let the chocolate set. If you are adding sprinkles or toppings, do it now before the chocolate sets.
- If you want to do drizzles on the truffles, after the chocolate has set, melt some more white chocolate or if you have any leftover, transfer it to a piping bag and drizzle on top of the truffles. Let them set and then store in a sealed airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Variations
- Can also top with more drizzled white chocolate or a dark chocolate, chopped nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut, crushed peppermint, candies and more! The list goes on!
- For the ganache filling – Add some fun sprinkles, dried cranberries or cherries, or some orange zest or lemon zest for a twist! Get creative!
- You can also roll these in shredded coconut or chopped nuts if you don’t want to cover them in chocolate. Your call! 🙂
Storing the No Bake White Chocolate Truffles
- Store in fridge up to 1 week in an airtight container. When ready to serve, transfer them to a party tray or gift it to friend or family as a beautiful gesture!
Whether you’re a candy lover or looking for a special treat to share with friends and family, these white chocolate truffles are sure to be a hit. Hope you give them a try! They really are a delicious treat worth repeating!

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave in 30 second increments, mixing at each interval until chocolate is melted. Overheating will cause the chocolate to seize.
