Ingredients
10oz.Ghirardelli Chocolate Melting Wafers or 2 cups Chocolate Chipssemi-sweet or milk or combination
8graham crackers
Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips10 oz (you won't use them all unless you're making more batches) or chop 12-14 Andes Candies up
optional: oil like canolavegetable or coconut to thin out chocolate (1 - 2 teaspoons)

Prepare 1-2 baking sheets and line with parchment paper, set aside.
Place chocolate chips or wafers in microwave-safe container.
Microwave chocolate for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly (product keeps its original shape until stirred). If not completely melted, continue to microwave at 30 second intervals and stir until smooth. Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of canola or oil of choice to thin the chocolate if it's super thick. AND Overheating will cause chocolate to seize, so be mindful of that.
Dip graham crackers one a time coating the graham cracker on both sides, using a fork and place on parchment paper.
Add chopped Andes candies to top. Add some sprinkles for joy!
Let sit at room temperature until set. To speed up process, place in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
