Instructions How to Make Our Easy Coconut Fudge
Line an 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk together in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 3 - 30 second increments, stirring the chocolate each time. Stir to combine and heat another 15-30 seconds if needed.
Add the vanilla extract and stir until smooth. Mix in the toasted and sweetened coconut flakes into the chocolate mixture. Pour into your prepared 8 inch baking pan. Spread fudge evenly with a spatula. Top with remaining toasted and sweetened coconut flakes.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve. When ready to slice the fudge, let the fudge sit for about 5-10 minutes before cutting, as the fudge will be hard to cut through. Use a sharp knife cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
If You Don't Have Toasted Coconut, Here's How to Make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coconut out on the baking pan so it browns evenly.
- Bake for anywhere from 5 -7 minutes, stirring half-way through until the coconut is toasted and lightly browned.
- Let the coconut cool completely before adding to the fudge.
