Eggnog Bread
In a large bowl, beat eggs, then add in sugar, eggnog, melted butter, vanilla and rum extracts, blending well.
Add remaining ingredients, flour, baking powder and nutmeg and it's optional if you want to add in 2/3 cup dried cranberries, stir until just combined.
Pour into a greased 9" X 5" loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. (Bake longer if needed).
Makes one loaf.
Eggnog Glaze
In a small bowl, add confectioners sugar, nutmeg and add enough eggnog to make it a glaze (1-4 tablespoons depending on thickness wanted)
Whisk together and drizzle on bread.
