Maple Apple Pecan Bread

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix applesauce/egg, oil, and syrup. Add dry ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in apples and pecans.
  • Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan before glazing.

Buttery Maple Glaze (Optional)

  • Melt butter and syrup in the microwave (1½–2 minutes). Whisk in confectioners' sugar and salt.
  • Let cool to thicken. Reheat briefly if needed, then drizzle over bread.
