Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1 Brownie Mix + ingredients for a 9x9 baking pan baked and cooled according to box instructions

Pistachio White Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 & 1/4 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 3-4 tablespoons pistachio butter or 2-3 tablespoons pistachio paste depending how much pistachio taste you want
  • ½ cup heavy cream bring to room temperature or warmed up, not cold

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped semisweet bars
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream room temperature or warmed up, not cold (can also use 3 tablespoons any nut butter, like the pistachio butter or peanut butter, if you're not wanting to use heavy cream)

Toppings

  • ½ cup chopped pistachios add more if desired. I used salted roasted pistachios, but if you have unsalted pistachios, you can add some sea salt to the tops of these brownies as well. I love the sweet and salty!
