Ingredients

SUPER FOOD STRAWBERRY BANANA FLAX SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana if you want more banana use 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice we used almond milk, add more if needed
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt add more if you want more protein
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

SUPER FOOD STRAWBERRY BANANA FLAX SMOOTHIE

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and pulse together until combined and creamy.  Add some milk if the smoothie is too thick or add some ice or frozen strawberries or chopped bananas if the smoothie is too thin for your liking.
  • Serve immediately.
