- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ frozen banana if you want more banana use 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup milk of choice we used almond milk, add more if needed
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt add more if you want more protein
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
